These terms govern your use of the Espyo mobile application. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Espyo lets you browse Pokémon Trading Card Game card data, track market prices, manage collections and binders, and evaluate trades. Price information is collected from public marketplace data, is provided for informational purposes only, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Espyo is not financial advice; do not rely on it as the sole basis for buying, selling, or trading decisions.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the processing of your personal data (16 in most of the European Union) — to create an account. If you are younger, a parent or guardian may create and manage an account for you.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Espyo is an independent, fan-made application. Pokémon and Pokémon Trading Card Game are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company (International). Espyo is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by any of these companies. All card names and images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including losses resulting from trading or purchasing decisions made using price data shown in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
